Year 7 Netball
District Netball Tournament (12/11/2025)
On Wednesday, 12 November, our Year 7s took part in their first ever district netball tournament, and their first ever match representing Sawston Village College! The excitement and nerves were sky-high, with the minibus to Comberton buzzing with laughter and anticipation.
Once on court, the girls gave it everything. Their teamwork, energy and growing netball skills shone through in every game. They finished an impressive 3rd out of 7 schools, narrowly missing the semi-finals by just 2 goals!
A brilliant debut performance! We are super proud of you all, Year 7!
