Anglian Leisure Sawston is a local dual-use leisure facility, aiming to provide an inclusive environment where the whole community has the opportunity to participate in a range of activities designed to promote health and well-being.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed and confident Duty Manager to be responsible for operational shifts, reporting directly to the Sports Centre Manager.  The successful applicant will possess excellent standards of customer care and a positive attitude to work.  You will be able to motivate staff and customers and be committed to achieving the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance and safety, leading by example.

We are seeking a Premises Manager to lead our team of three caretakers.  The successful applicant will manage operational site issues, deliver effective systems for routine maintenance and meet all statutory compliance.  In doing so, this will ensure that staff and pupils can work in a safe, healthy, attractive and flourishing environment.  He or she will also play a key role in supporting the development of the estate when work begins on site in summer 2023.
