We have an excellent opportunity available for a Human Resources Manager to manage all operational areas of HR from recruitment to retirement, providing a confidential, effective and efficient service across the College. The post holder will have the support of Anglian Learning’s Director of HR and work closely with the College Senior Leadership Team and Principal’s PA to deliver the College’s strategic aims. The successful candidate will be well-organised and self-motivated, with a high level of initiative, accuracy and attention to detail. The ability to remain objective, calm and professional while under pressure and to demonstrate tact, diplomacy and sensitivity when dealing with personnel matters is essential.
