Budding Engineers in Year 7
Year 7 s have produced some fantastic end results in their Engineering module. Once the coat hooks had been produced within the 3mm tolerance, the next stage was to create a backing plate in order to mount the hook. Developing on with the sustainable schools theme, the backing plates were produced using reclaimed beech hardwood. Pupils then personalised the plate, using pyrograph technique. Some great results, combining accuracy and creativity. Well done, Year 7!
