Anglian Learning Chess Academy

Develop your potential

Anglian Learning Chess Academy is a joint initiative between Anglian Learning and Linton Chess Club. The Chess Academy is for students in Year 6 upwards and starts on Friday, 29 September. It will meet in the Henry Morris Hall at Sawston Village College from 6.00-8.00pm every Friday in term time. It is free to attend.

The Academy aims to support players (not beginners) to develop their potential through coaching and play against increasingly strong opposition.

The Academy will play in the Cambridge Schools League and intends to hold a Junior Chess Congress in early spring 2024.
