Rainbow Flag Award
Sawston Village College has recently been awarded the Rainbow Flag Award, which recognises our commitment to demonstrating positive LGBTQ+ inclusion and visibility within a welcoming community and learning environment. We have shown that we are dedicated to promoting equality and acceptance throughout our school ethos and our curriculum, with one of our submissions being rated “exemplary” by the awarding body. Achieving this award is a wonderful recognition of our hard work and the incredibly supportive atmosphere we endeavour to create for our whole school community.
