Year 8 Boys Football: Linton Village College 4 – 4 Sawston Village College

Well done to the Year 8 Boys who drew 4-4 with Linton on Wednesday this week. After an incredibly strong start by the boys, Ned Jones scored the first two goals for Sawston after some fantastic play from midfield including from Finley Walker and Nicolas Alfred. After conceding, Sawston gritted their teeth and quickly created another goal, putting Ned on a hat trick. In the last 90 seconds, Linton equalised with a scrappy kick into the net which put them 4-4 against us. A star performance for this fixture includes Nicolas Alfred. Jack Blake and Oscar Nelson also did a fantastic job at looking after the back of the field, leading by example. Well done all!
