Year 8 Netball
District Netball Tournament (05/11/2025)
On Wednesday, 5 November, our Year 8s had their district tournament. It was an unusual start for our Year 8s: this team is so used to winning! After a tough opening, spirits dipped but never disappeared. A quick team talk reignited their fire, and the girls came back playing their own confident game, with sharp passing, strong possession, and brilliant finishing from our shooters.
Their determination paid off with two back-to-back wins, just missing out on a spot in the quarter-finals. A fantastic effort and a true display of resilience. Well done, Year 8!
