Fixture against Netherhall (15/10/2025)

On 15 October, our Year 11 GCSE PE team faced a very strong Netherhall side in a crucial moderation match, a key fixture where performance and teamwork were under close assessment. Under pressure, our Sawston girls rose to the occasion, showcasing grit, skill, and superb game awareness.

Their relentless effort paid off, with several players even boosting their netball marks on the day. The team’s ability to hold space, time their runs, and create plenty of shooting opportunities for our scorers was outstanding. Yes, the score wasn’t what you had hoped for but it was all about the skills you showed us.

What a performance to be proud of. You didn’t just play hard, you proved your progress. Sawston spirit at its best!
