Sawston faced a tough challenge against a very strong St Bede’s side. The game finished 21-2 to St Bede’s.

Sophie L and Lizzy in defence worked tirelessly throughout the match, putting pressure on a high-scoring opposition and making several crucial interceptions.

A standout performance came from Arianna, who played at centre and was awarded POM (Player of the Match) for her ability to drive play through the mid-court, linking attack and defence seamlessly.

While the scoreline didn’t go our way, the team can take pride in their effort and resilience, and with the hard work and commitment shown on Tuesday, they’ll be well-prepared for their next challenge.t
