PORTRAIT LIGHTING MADE SIMPLE - SATURDAY 07/03/2026 (09.30-12.00)

COURSE DETAILS AND AIMS:
Learn how to make the most of light in your portrait photography. In this relaxed, hands-on workshop, you’ll explore natural light, studio lighting, and the role of reflectors in shaping your images. You’ll also discover the differences between continuous and flash light, and how to expose portraits for flattering, professional results. Perfect for anyone comfortable with their camera who wants to take their portraits to the next level.

SKILLS OR QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:
This workshop is designed for photographers who understand the basics of camera control and want to develop their skills in lighting for portraiture.

MATERIALS/EQUIPMENT REQUIRED FOR FIRST CLASS:
Ideally a camera with manual settings (like a DSLR or mirrorless). Although there will be some lighting equipment and cameras available for use.
