EASTERN EUROPEAN CUISINE 10:00-16:00
COURSE DETAILS AND AIMS:
This hands-on workshop is designed for anyone who would love to discover the rich and comforting flavours of Eastern European cuisine. Using fresh, seasonal ingredients, grains, vegetables, dairy, and traditional baking techniques, you will learn how to prepare a delicious set menu perfect for family gatherings or special occasions. Throughout the day, each dish will be carefully explained and demonstrated step by step. You will then prepare your own dishes, gaining confidence in traditional techniques and authentic flavour combinations. Expect hearty, homely recipes with a modern touch — from comforting soups to handmade dumplings and classic desserts.
SKILLS OR QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:
Suitable for anyone interested in learning to cook traditional Eastern European dishes. No prior experience required.
MATERIALS/EQUIPMENT REQUIRED FOR FIRST CLASS:
You will be required to bring: Your own ingredients An apron A sharp knife Suitable containers (with lids) to take your prepared food home An ingredients/equipment list will be sent to you before the course starts.
