CURRY IN A HURRY - MONDAY 19:00-21:00
COURSE DETAILS AND AIMS:
During this 5 week course learners will master the art of cooking tasty Indian dishes at home using traditional spices and flavours.
SKILLS OR QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:
This course is suitable for all learners regardless of experience or skills.
MATERIALS/EQUIPMENT REQUIRED FOR FIRST CLASS:
You will receive an ingredients and equipment list prior to the course. On the day, you will need to bring the items specified on the list, including ingredients, a sharp knife, containers to take the prepared food home and a tea towel.
ADDITIONAL COURSE COSTS (IF APPLICABLE):
You are required to bring your own ingredients.
FURTHER INFORMATION:
The ingredients can be adjusted to suit all diet requirements, including vegan, vegetarian and special diets.
