AUTHENTIC THAI FOOD SATURDAY 8TH MARCH 10.00-13.00
COURSE DETAILS AND AIMS:
Experience how to cook authentic Thai food – one of the most influential
international foods of all time. Come and learn with practical recipes,
including interesting Thai language about what you will cook. Then
enjoy your very own, home made Thai dishes.
SKILLS OR QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:
None
MATERIALS/EQUIPMENT REQUIRED FOR FIRST CLASS:
You will be required to bring your own ingredients; a list will be emailed
to you before the workshop. You will also need to provide your own
sharp knife, an apron, tea towels and suitable containers (with lids) to
take the prepared food home.

ABOUT YOUR TUTOR: MEM BOND
Mem has over 10 years of experience in educational settings;
managing events, catering and teaching Thai language and culture.
She was inspired and taught to cook Thai food by her mother and
grandmother and has been cooking Thai food for her large family since
she was young. She is delighted to be able to also share her skills and
experience with you.
