COURSE DETAILS AND AIMS:
Experience how to cook authentic Thai dishes – one of the world famous traditional foods. Come and learn with practical recipes including Thai language of what you cook at the workshop. Then, enjoy your very own Thai dishes in your own home.

An equipment and ingredients list will be sent out to you prior to the workshop.
ABOUT YOUR TUTOR: MEM BOND
Mem has over 10 years experience in educational settings, including teaching Thai language and culture. She has been cooking Thai food for her big Thai family since she was young; inspired and taught by her grandmother and mother. She is delighted to be able to share how to cook authentic Thai food with you.
