ABOUT YOUR TUTOR:  VICKY CARR
Vicky has been practising yoga since 2001 after the birth of her first baby as a way to improve flexibility, strength and for relaxation. After years of attending classes she wanted to understand more about yoga philosophy and trained as a teacher between 2010 and 2012 with the Inner Yoga Trust in the North West of England. The course was transformational and Vicky has continued teaching yoga since relocating to Cambridge in 2014. Yoga with Vicky includes a range of asana (postures), meditation and pranayama (breathing exercises) that is accessible to all. Classes are taught in a trauma informed way, having undertaken additional training and this is an area of interest. In 2025 Vicky undertook further training in Mindfulness Meditation at Yoga Campus London and is keen to incorporate this learning more into yoga classes.
