Yoga - Monday

This course aims to introduce students to the benefits of yoga. Yoga
improves your well-being, balance, coordination and strength. With
regular practice you can become more focused, more flexible and more
relaxed. The class will start with a gentle warm up, move on through
asanas (poses) such as Tree pose and Triangle pose (all poses can be
modified for all levels of fitness and flexibility.) So don’t worry come and
give it a try!

Gillian has been a yoga instructor for many years, she qualified with
the British Wheel of Yoga and has been teaching in clubs and leisure
centres around Suffolk and Essex since 2018. Yoga classes with Gillian
