Yoga - Mixed ability
COURSE DETAILS AND AIMS:
The benefits of Hatha yoga include better sleep, strengthening core
muscles, improving depression symptoms, and helping with stress
management. Hatha yoga is a type of yoga that emphasizes holding
poses or asanas. It is made up of three main practices: body postures,
breathing techniques, and meditation.
ABOUT YOUR TUTOR:
Gillian Goodchild-Colley is a motivated teacher for all ages, she enjoys inspiring others to
improve wellness and commit to long term fitness goals. She likes to make
her classes fun and accessible for all body types and fitness levels. She has been teaching yoga for the last six years in a range of venues.
