Tai Chi Beginners
COURSE DETAILS AND AIMS:
In this class we will practise a variety of qigong exercises and start to
learn the Yang style short form. Students will:
Understand the benefits of practising T’ai Chi and Chi Kung
Practise T’ai Chi principles – grounding, relaxing, centring, focusing
Learn some qigong (T’ai Chi related) exercises
Learn moves from the Yang style short form.
ABOUT YOUR TUTOR:
Alison Warlow has been practising T’ai Chi and Qigong since 1994, and teaching a
variety of classes in and around Cambridge since 1999. She is registered
as an Advanced instructor with the T’ai Chi Union of Great Britain.
