Pilates - Mixed abilities - Wednesday
The aim of Pilates is to focus the mind while using, controlled,
progressive and intelligent exercises. Pilates works all the muscle groups
in the body, combining stretches and strengthening exercises, to make it
both safe and efficient. During your Pilates session try to give each
movement your full concentration, really focus on feeling the muscles
working. Pilates creates a strong, lean balanced body. This reduces the
risk of injury and helps eliminate nagging aches and pains.
My name is Gillian Goodchild-Colley and I am an understanding and motivated teacher for all ages; I enjoy
inspiring others to improve wellness and commit to long term health
and fitness goals. I like to make my classes fun and accessible for all
abilities. Currently teaching Tone and Stretch, Barre and Yoga at
Haverhill leisure Centre.
