Student Centre

The Student Centre is staffed by 1 full-time and 1 part-time teacher and a team of Teaching Assistants (TAs). Together the team supports and enhances the learning of all pupils but in particular pupils who experience difficulties in school because of their learning, emotional, behavioural or physical needs. We offer in-class support; small group work and one to one help where appropriate to allow entitlement and access to a broad and balanced curriculum.

We have our own networked IT suite with desktop PCs and wireless laptops, all using Microsoft's 'Windows XP Professional' operating system and the 2003 version of Microsoft's Office Suite. The IT system is complemented with Interactive White Boards, Data Projectors, specialist SEN software and interactive distance learning facilities.

Lunchtime Clubs

The Student Centre also offers the following clubs at lunchtime:

Monday: Homework Club, Chess and Bridge.
Tuesday: Homework Club, Chess and Bridge.
Wednesday: Homework Club and Chess.
Thursday: Homework Club and Chess.
Friday: Homework Club.
