Design and Technology
Sawston Village College is aware of the need to be at the forefront of technological developments. Together with partnership and feeder primary schools we believe in raising standards of achievement appropriate to the age, ability, future potential and career aspirations of the individual.
Design and Technology is often one of the areas that new pupils are very enthusiastic about when starting their time at secondary schools. Moving from primary school brings a wealth of new experiences, with an extensive range of purpose-built workshops, design studios, food rooms, textiles facilities and computer suites all waiting to be explored!
